About the role

Signcraft is seeking a motivated and results-focused Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-value pipeline and drive growth across infrastructure, government, and commercial projects. This is a hands-on role where you will manage the full sales cycle - from early engagement and tendering through to project handover - while building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

- Take ownership of your pipeline and territory, building and converting a strong pipeline of opportunities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients across construction and project sectors

- Identify and influence opportunities early in the project lifecycle

- Identify and secure high-value project opportunities

- Manage tenders, contracts, and project scopes end-to-end

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs

About you

- Proven experience in a sales role within the signage industry

- Strong background in business development, sales, or account management

- Experience managing tenders, contracts, and complex project scopes





- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Experience with ERP systems or tender platforms (desirable)

- Current driver's licence
