A highly regarded boutique architecture and interiors studio is seeking a talented Graduate of Architecture with around 7 years’ professional experience to join its Brisbane team. Working across high-end residential, hospitality and complex mixed-use projects, this is an exciting opportunity for an architecturally strong designer looking to take greater ownership of projects and develop their technical and delivery capabilities within a close-knit, design-led studio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to projects from concept and design development through documentation, tender and construction

- Develop high-quality architectural documentation using Revit

- Assist with technical resolution, detailing and coordination

- Coordinate with architects, interiors, structure, services, landscape and specialist consultants

- Work alongside Directors and senior team members to develop design outcomes

- Attend site meetings and assist with resolving construction issues

- Review drawings, shop drawings, samples and project information

- Support project QA and ensure documentation is accurate and coordinated

- Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout project delivery

- Contribute to project planning, deadlines and deliverables

- Take increasing ownership of project packages and responsibilities

- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure design intent is maintained through delivery

Skills & Experience:





- Around 7 years’ professional architectural experience

- Architecture degree with strong design and technical foundations

- Australian experience highly regarded

- Solid Revit capability

- Good technical documentation and detailing skills

- Understanding of construction and architectural delivery

- Experience coordinating consultants and project information

- Confidence communicating with clients, consultants and contractors

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to manage deadlines and take ownership of responsibilities

- Strong design sensibility and interest in high-quality architecture

- Experience across high-end residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects highly desirable

- Registered Architect or working towards registration would be advantageous
