About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Integrated Supply Planner based between Orchard Hills, Norwest & Macquarie Park sites.

In this role you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end demand and supply planning relationship between Snackbrands and Metcash where you’ll turn demand forecasts into accurate, cost-effective orders and ensure products are delivered on time and in full across Metcash’s national Distribution Centres.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Own and maintain demand forecasts across all Metcash ranged SBA SKUs, managing trends, seasonality, promotions and product lifecycle changes.
- Drive forecast accuracy and minimise forecast bias through data analysis and collaborative planning.
- Convert forecasts into replenishment orders,



balancing stock levels, demand and cost to serve.
- Coordinate deliveries with Metcash DCs, transport carriers and SBA Logistics/Customer Service teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve supply, demand and delivery risks before they impact customers.
- Manage inventory and stock coverage to agreed targets
- Lead weekly forecast reviews and contribute to monthly S&OP.;
- Use scan, DC and planning data to optimise promotional volumes and prevent over or under supply.
- Represent SBA in Metcash supply and inventory forums.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning systems, processes and ways of working.

What you’ll bring to the role?

- Minimum 5 years in a similar role within a medium to large business in FMCG
- Strong analytical ability
- High level of reliability & confidence
- Qualifications would be highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills - you love working cross functionally and value the input of others
- Accountability – you own your decisions and can be counted on to do what you say you will
- Flexibility, resilience and agility – our industry is ever changing, and we need you to be able to move with it
