Apprenticeships Are Us is seeking motivated 1st Year Light Vehicle Apprentices to join one of our host employers in Five Dock and surrounding areas, NSW. You'll receive hands-on training in a modern dealership while completing an AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, gaining valuable experience working with the latest vehicle technology.

No experience? No problem. If you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced technicians, you'll learn how to:

- Service and maintain light vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using modern diagnostic equipment.

- Assist with repairs to engines, braking, steering and suspension systems.

- Learn about battery systems and high-voltage components under qualified supervision.

- Use advanced workshop tools and manufacturer-approved equipment.

- Follow workplace safety procedures when working with emerging vehicle technologies.

- Support day-to-day workshop operations while developing your trade skills.
