About the Role
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Leads, you'll deliver high-quality nursing care that promotes the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs
- Monitoring, assessing and responding to changes in residents' health and wellbeing
- Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively
- Collaborating with care staff, allied health professionals and families
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Contributing to a positive, safe and engaging living environment
About You
We're looking for nurses who are passionate about aged care and committed to delivering exceptional resident outcomes.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Experience working in residential aged care
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Current National Criminal History Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable availability for weekday AM and PM shifts
Please note: New starters will initially be rostered on weekday shifts only. Weekend shifts may become available at a later stage.
