About the Prospect

Reporting to the New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will help lead and develop a high-performing sales team while driving customer satisfaction, sales volume and profitability.





- Assist in leading and developing a successful sales team.

- Coach and mentor Sales Consultants.

- Drive enquiry management and conversion opportunities.

- Monitor sales performance and departmental targets.

- Support exceptional Toyota guest experiences.

- Facilitate training and development activities.

What We Are Looking For

- Automotive sales experience.

- Leadership or mentoring experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence.

- Current Queensland Driver Licence.

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
