All Needs Plumbing is a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company servicing the St George and Sutherland Shire communities.

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator to help bring our brand, team and personality to life.

This isn't a role where you'll be sitting behind a desk all day. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable getting out and about with the team, filming on job sites, coming up with fun ideas and creating content that people genuinely want to watch. You’ll be efficient, passionate and proactive in your approach.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our social content and help build the All Needs Plumbing brand across our team, customers and local community.

You'll be responsible for:

- Shooting and editing short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

- Getting out on the road with our plumbers and capturing genuine job-site content

- Creating fun, entertaining and educational videos

- Creating fresh concepts, spotting emerging trends and developing content ideas

- Creating team-focused content that showcases our culture and personalities

- Planning and managing a consistent social media content calendar

- Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns

- Capturing photos and videos at team events, training days and community events

- Helping grow our presence within the St George & Sutherland Shire communities

- Working with management on promotions, campaigns and branding ideas

- Maintaining brand consistency across all All Needs Plumbing communications and touchpoints





Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Brings a natural creativity and a constant stream of content ideas

- Understands what makes short-form content engaging

- Identifying current trends and viral content opportunities

- Is confident filming and directing people

- Produces polished, professional video content efficiently

- Understands Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and current social trends

- Has the knowledge and understanding of email marketing and digital marketing

- Is organised and can manage their own content schedule

- Isn't afraid to have fun and bring personality to the plumbing industry

- Wants to become part of the team rather than just create content from the outside

Experience in content creation, video editing, social media, videography or marketing is preferred, but creativity, personality and initiative are more important to us than qualifications.

What You'll Get

- $75,000 – $85,000 + Super, depending on experience

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
