We are currently seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Warehouse Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is critical in ensuring the smooth coordination of transport, logistics, pallet management and customer order fulfilment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, logistics, warehousing or supply chain administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

About the Role

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will act as the key link between our warehouse, transport providers, customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, managing transport bookings, overseeing pallet movements and providing exceptional customer service to ensure on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage CHEP and LOSCAM pallet movements, reconciliations and claims

- Prepare and maintain DIFOT, POD and pallet performance reporting

- Analyse logistics data and provide insights to support operational performance

- Process customer orders, shipments and invoices through Oracle ERP

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate order fulfilment

- Liaise with customers,



transport providers and internal teams regarding deliveries, stock issues and service updates

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in customer service, logistics, transport coordination or warehouse administration

- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or a similar rapid-paced environment (preferred)

- ERP system experience, preferably Oracle

- Strong communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
