Excavator Operator – Immediate Start

We’re seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start to join our growing earthworks team.

If you’re confident on the sticks, understand levels, and take pride in clean, accurate work — this role is for you.

About the Role

Operating 10T and 14T excavators across domestic and commercial projects, including:

- Site cuts

- Bulk excavation

- Final trim & detail work

- Working to set-out, plans, lasers & levels

What We’re Looking For

- Experience operating 10T & 14T excavators

- Solid understanding of levels, lasers & final trim

- Domestic & commercial earthworks experience

- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

- Able to work unsupervised and in a team

Highly Regarded (Not Essential)

- PosiTrack experience

- HC licence

- Experience on busy, live construction sites

Location

- Based in Tullamarine

- Work mainly in Melbourne’s North & West

- Occasional work in the Eastern suburbs
