AMIGA Montessori Maddingley is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Educator to join our warm and welcoming team.

We are looking for an educator who is kind, reliable and passionate about early childhood education. You will work alongside a supportive team to create meaningful learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and contribute to a calm, respectful and engaging learning environment.

We provide quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with programs guided by the Montessori philosophy and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About the role
As an Assistant Educator, you will:

- Support the daily learning, care and wellbeing of children
- Build respectful and positive relationships with children, families and team members
- Assist with creating engaging Montessori-inspired learning environments
- Support routines, transitions and experiences throughout the day
- Contribute to a safe,



inclusive and child-focused centre culture
- Work collaboratively with your Room Leader and wider centre team

About you
You will have:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards one
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A warm, respectful and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to child safety and wellbeing
- A current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, or willingness to obtain
