Sno'n'Ski Holidays and Educational Adventures are looking for a detail-oriented Group Travel Specialist to join our team at our Brisbane Head Office. About the Role
You'll work alongside our group specialists to plan and deliver tailored travel experiences for schools, universities and organisations, building itineraries, liaising with suppliers, managing files and developing client relationships. You'll work across both ski and non-ski markets, including educational tours to destinations worldwide,



and develop a broad skill set as tasks shift with the seasons.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role requiring accuracy and attention to detail (travel industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement).

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.

- Ability to manage your own workload and use initiative.

- Great customer service instincts and genuine interest in client experience.

- Enthusiasm for travel and willingness to learn the ski and group travel space.

What Will Set You Apart

- Personal ski or snowboard experience.

- Experience in group travel, educational tours, or event coordination.

- Knowledge of ski destinations across NZ, Japan, Canada, USA or Europe.

- Prior experience as a travel consultant.
