About the role

We're embarking on a significant transformation journey and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead critical enterprise technology initiatives.

This role will play a key part in delivering the centralisation of our customer management systems, with the potential to support workforce management, rostering, and other transformational business projects.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology projects and workstreams.

You will work across business and technology teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organisational objectives, while managing risks, vendors, communications, and stakeholder expectations.

This is a full-time position until June 2028.

What you will be doing

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology and business transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with senior leaders, business teams,



and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Facilitate project governance forums, workshops, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits and align with organisational objectives.

What we are looking for

You are an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering complex technology projects and organisational change initiatives.

You'll bring:

- Experience delivering customer management systems, rostering systems, business applications, ERP, digital, or eCommerce projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in complex environments.
- Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive accountability.
