Support Worker | Permanent Part-Time | Work in your local community
What if your job could genuinely make someone’s day better?
As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you’ll support older adults to live independently, confidently and safely in their own homes. You’ll build genuine relationships, share a laugh, lend a helping hand and make a real difference to the people you support.
And we want you to know something from day one:
You are one of the most important people in our organisation.
Because you’re the person our clients see. You’re the familiar face at the door. You’re the person who notices when something isn’t quite right, celebrates the little wins and helps someone continue living life on their terms.
We’ll invest in YOU
Starting a new role can be daunting, so we don’t just send you out the door and hope for the best.
You’ll receive a 6-week structured onboarding program designed to build your confidence, knowledge and skills. And your learning doesn’t stop there — we provide ongoing training every month, so you can continue growing in your role.
We want you to feel supported, capable and proud of the work you do.
What you’ll be doing
Every day will look a little different, but you’ll support our clients with things like:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication support and medication-related tasks, in line with care plans and your training
- Domestic assistance and keeping the home comfortable
- Meal preparation
- Community access and getting out and about
- Supporting independence and wellbeing
- Building meaningful connections and companionship
- Noticing the little things that matter to our clients
Most importantly, you’ll support people in their own homes, where they feel most comfortable and connected to their community.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for people who genuinely care about people and take pride in the difference they make.
You’ll need:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent)
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- A reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
- The right to work in Australia
- A willingness to complete the required screening and compliance checks
- A warm, respectful and person-centred approach
Experience is significant, but who you are and how you treat people matters just as much.
Why join us?
Because this isn't just another support worker job.
It’s a chance to build relationships, grow your skills, be part of a supportive team and do work that actually matters.
6-week onboarding. Monthly training. Genuine support. A career where you can see the difference you make.
And most importantly — we’ve got your back.
If you’re ready to do work that matters and be part of a team that values you, we’d love to hear from you.
