A formidable brand, their story of growth continues and as such they have created three new roles internally.

The Position

As the Customer Service Specialist work closely with the Office Manager on ensuring seamless business operations. Your role will include dealing with customer enquiries both over the phone and via email, ensuring high level client satisfaction in an industry where timely and accurate orders are critically essential.

The Ideal Candidate

This Company is an employer to a small yet agile team of 20 staff and as their growth continues,



they are looking for foundation Team Members who enjoy coming to work to do a job well done. We are looking for a team player who strives for excellence, thinks outside of the box, is a natural problem solver and a customer service specialist with proven experience of at least three years in a similar role.

On Offer

A base salary of $80,000, negotiable commensurate with experience in addition to superannuation and a performance and salary review after six months of service.
