Construct Personnel is seeking reliable and experienced Qualified Plumbers for casual plumbing opportunities across Melbourne.

These roles are ideal for plumbers looking for flexible casual work across residential, commercial, industrial, maintenance, drainage, gas fitting and emergency repair works.

We are looking for plumbers who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, turn up reliably and represent Construct Personnel professionally on client sites.

About the Role

You will be placed with clients who provide a broad range of plumbing services across domestic, commercial and industrial properties. Depending on the site and assignment, duties may include:

- Supply and installation of water systems

- Tap and toilet repairs and replacements

- Blocked drain and sewer cleaning

- Gas and water repairs

- Backflow prevention works

- Thermostatic mixing valve works

- Water hammer diagnostics

- Drainage, excavation and repair works

- Hot water system repairs and installation

- BBQ installations

- High-pressure water jetting and electric eel works

- Fire hose reel installation and repairs

- Natural gas piping and compressed air lines

- HDPE and cast iron piping for trade waste

- Pumps, tanks, filtration and irrigation works

- Preventative maintenance,



make-safes and urgent repair works

- Insurance works, reporting and quoting for rectification works

What We’re Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

- Plumbing qualification and relevant licences

- Experience across maintenance, domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliability and a strong work ethic

- Proactive communication with supervisors, clients and office staff

- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

- White Card

- Own basic tools and PPE

Additional tickets or experience in gas fitting, backflow prevention, TMVs, drainage, excavation, jetting or trade waste will be highly regarded.
