You will play a key part in delivering workforce development programs that support our local community to explore, transition, thrive and flourish within the diverse and rewarding career pathways that SWHHS has to offer.
The role delivers high-quality engagement with local schools, SWHHS staff, Registered Training Organisations, Universities, Group Training Organisations and other community stakeholders to support the delivery of culturally appropriate, engaging and enriching experiences and activities that promote, engage, grow our local workforce.
You will facilitate and coordinate the training, education and development of participants, ensuring workforce development programs align with relevant career path structures, scopes of practice and frameworks that guide both our clinical and non-clinical workforce.
The very nature of what we do and who we are is the real opportunity. Providing health care support in the bush is full of challenges, however, it remains the most rewarding of human experiences.
