The Opportunity
We have recently been awarded a high-profile, $50M complex health facility located just outside the Brisbane CBD. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead this project from the front line.

This is not a standard commercial build. It is a highly technical, rapid-tracked institutional project requiring intricate services coordination, strict quality controls, and astute stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Leadership: Manage all day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate, schedule, and oversee a large pool of subcontractors and trades, maintaining high morale and accountability.
- Program & Sequencing: Drive the construction program,



proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions for complex staging.
- Safety & Compliance: Champion an uncompromising safety culture on site, ensuring 100% compliance with WH&S; regulations and strict health-sector protocols.
- Client Relations: Liaise professionally with client representatives, hospital authorities, and consultants to manage operational impacts and tie-ins.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned construction professional who thrives under the pressure of complex builds.

- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager, ideally having successfully delivered health, laboratory, or highly serviced institutional projects valued over $40M.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of complex building services (HVAC, medical gases, or specialized structural elements).
- Leadership Style: A firm but fair communicator who leads by example, builds strong relationships with subbies, and motivates a team.
- Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification (Construction Management) or a trade background with extensive structures/finishes experience.
