About the role

We are seeking a customer focused 2ic to join our Keiki Mindarie Primary School OSHC and Three Plus Pre-school. This role will partner with the Centre Coordinator, Room Leader and educators to complete the leadership team.

The role is a combination of on and off the floor with a high focus on the customer experience, including enrolling recent families, managing the waitlist, ensuring service documentation is up to date at all times, communicating with families and other stakeholders and internal audits, as well as working across both our Three Plus Pre-School and OSHC when needed to support the team of educators.

Child Safety is always our priority and will be at the forefront of everything we do. Keiki Early Learning has a zero tolerance to child abuse, and a rigorous screening and probity check will be conducted as part of this recruitment process and ongoing employment journey with Keiki.

We are looking for an exceptional 2ic who:

- has the ability to work and liaise effectively with a range of people, both internal and external;

- Is a problem solver and can think outside the square;





- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver top quality customer service to our families;

- Has the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and achieve objectives in a time efficient manner;
