Edge Industries Construction & Maintenance is a growing commercial construction firm based in Brisbane servicing the whole of Queensland. We are seeking an all rounder Handyman who is multi-skilled in commercial construction work who can work autonomously or under the guidance of a commercial builder.
Key responsibilities
- Trade assistant to commercial builder
- Service maintenance on commercial buildings
- Hanging doors, repairing frames, decking, shelving, repairs and installs, painting, and patching
- Reactive maintenance in commercial buildings
- Servicing from Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast with possible regional work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
About you
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Current manual driver's licence
- Construction OHS white card
- MR licence (desirable)
- Excavator licence (desirable)
- Full Australian work rights
- Well presented
- Great people skills especially when dealing with clients
- Motivated, can do attitude, and takes pride in their work
- Great work ethics
