About The Role
This is a highly visible stakeholder engagement role where you'll act as the trusted link between our Service Solutions teams and IT. You'll work closely with operational leaders, system owners, project teams and IT specialists to ensure business requirements are understood, prioritised and delivered effectively.
You'll help drive continuous improvement across our Service Solutions workplace while supporting projects, change requests, system enhancements and operational technology initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and influencing outcomes.
You will be based at our offices in the Southeast of Melbourne and reporting to the Head of IT Business Partners, your day to day will include:
- Act as the key link between Service Solutions and IT, building trusted stakeholder relationships and translating priorities both ways.
- Understand priorities, pain points and operational needs,
and communicate these clearly to IT teams.
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets, service requests, bug fixes and blockers impacting Service Solutions.
- Escalate risks, delays and misalignment through the appropriate channels.
- Support Service Solutions involvement in projects, Change Requests and business initiatives.
- Assist with post-implementation feedback and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support and advise UAT Leads, Change Leads, project teams or system owners when required, you may be required to lead/own testing at times.
- Remain a liaison and advisory support role for testing, change and training activities
- Support business partner activity across Service Solutions platforms such as SAP ECC, SAP C4C, SAP Commerce/Hybris, Salesforce, Vonage and related tools.
- Partner with system owners and support teams to improve business outcomes and service experience.
About YOU
To be successful in this pivotal role you will have a proven background in a similar IT Business Partner or Business Analyst role within a fast moving, innovative environment. You are an excellent communicator and problem solver with strong stakeholder management skills. In addition, you will have the following attributes:
- Experience in business partnering, business analysis, IT service delivery, operational improvement or project support roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capability.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
- Ability to influence outcomes and work across multiple teams
- Experience working with ticketing, service request, enhancement or change request processes.
- Experience supporting customer service, after sales, service operations or Service Solutions functions is desirable.
- Exposure to ServiceNow, SAP ECC, SAP C4C, SAP Commerce/Hybris or Salesforce is desirable.
