Your New Company

Your New Role

You will be responsible for:

- Leading strategic analysis and insight development to support business priorities, strategic decision-making and organisational outcomes.
- Solving complex organisational challenges by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and developing evidence-based recommendations.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and executives to shape strategic initiatives, influence decision-making and drive alignment across the Agency.
- Preparing high-quality briefings, presentations and strategic communications for executives, governance bodies and ministerial audiences.
- Driving the implementation of strategic priorities, leading complex projects and embedding change initiatives across the organisation.

What You Will Need to Succeed

The successful applicant will demonstrate:





- Strong strategic analysis and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify insights and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, including experience using data to support decision-making and business outcomes.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with experience preparing executive briefings, strategic papers and high-level presentations.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with senior leaders and executives.
- Experience leading strategic projects, driving organisational change and delivering outcomes within complex environments.

The Logistics

- 12-month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Daily rate of $602.55 + super.
- Chance available in Richmond, VIC
- Australian Citizenship is required.
