We provide services such as EAP counselling, critical incident response, onsite and remote support, psychosocial risk management, and tailored wellbeing consultation to help individuals and organisations thrive.
We are seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Consultant to join our Melbourne team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of psychosocial safety, workplace wellbeing and organisational development solutions for clients across diverse industries.
- Partner with client organisations to understand business objectives, workplace challenges and psychosocial risks, providing tailored, evidence-based recommendations and practical solutions.
- Conduct psychosocial risk assessments, workplace culture reviews, organisational diagnostics, employee surveys and wellbeing assessments to identify risks, strengths and opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops and learning initiatives focused on psychological safety, workplace mental health, psychosocial risk management, leadership capability, resilience, respectful workplaces and employee wellbeing.
- Provide expert consulting and advisory services to Boards, executives, people leaders and HR professionals on psychosocial risk management, workplace wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.
- Develop organisational development strategies and interventions that strengthen workplace culture, enhance employee engagement and support high-performing teams.
- Facilitate change initiatives and support organisations to embed sustainable, preventative approaches to psychosocial health and safety.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights, strategic recommendations and measurable improvement plans.
- Present findings, recommendations and thought leadership to a broad range of stakeholders, including executive and senior leadership teams.
- Manage projects from initial scoping and solution design through to implementation, evaluation and reporting.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance to achieve positive organisational outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of innovative frameworks, products, resources and service offerings that reflect legislative requirements, emerging research and industry best practice.
- Monitor developments in psychosocial health and safety, workplace wellbeing and organisational psychology to ensure services remain contemporary and evidence-based.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and interventions, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology.
- Organisational Psychology endorsement or working towards endorsement highly desirable.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment highly desirable.
- Mental health training accreditation (e.g., MHFA, ASIST, trauma-informed practice) advantageous.
