P. Di Natale Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead the next stage of growth within our sales division.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven real estate professional who is ready to step into a genuine leadership role, build a high-performing sales team and play an important part in the continued growth of an established local agency.

We are not looking for someone to simply maintain an existing department.

We are looking for someone with the energy, experience and ambition to grow it.

The Opportunity

Based in Werribee, you will take responsibility for the leadership and development of our sales team while working closely with management to expand our presence throughout Werribee, Wyndham and Melbourne’s western suburbs.

You will have the support of an established agency, recognised local brand, experienced administration team and solid property management business, giving you the platform to focus on growing the sales division.

The role would ideally suit an experienced Sales Manager, Sales Director or successful Senior Sales Agent who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Your Role Will Include

- Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team

- Recruiting and developing quality sales agents

- Creating a strong culture of accountability and performance

- Growing listing numbers, market share and overall sales revenue

- Conducting regular sales meetings, coaching and performance reviews

- Developing prospecting, appraisal and listing strategies

- Helping agents improve listing presentation and conversion

- Driving effective use of our database and existing client relationships

- Identifying new business and growth opportunities throughout the Wyndham area

- Working closely with Directors and management on the future direction of the sales division

- Continuing to generate and list your own business if desired

About You

We are looking for someone who:





- Has proven experience within residential real estate sales

- Has strong leadership and people-management skills

- Understands how to recruit, coach and develop salespeople

- Is highly driven and commercially minded

- Has excellent listing and negotiation skills

- Leads from the front and enjoys building a successful team

- Is comfortable setting targets and holding people accountable

- Has a strong understanding of prospecting, database management and business development

- Ideally has knowledge of Werribee, Wyndham or Melbourne’s western suburbs

- Wants the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business

Existing Sales Managers are encouraged to apply, however we are equally interested in speaking with high-performing Senior Sales Agents who have demonstrated leadership ability and are looking for the opportunity to build and lead their own team.
