The Role

You'll take ownership of a well-established portfolio comprising a mix of commercial and retail properties, while working closely with a supportive team who are committed to your success.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operations of a commercial and retail property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with tenants and providing exceptional customer service
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and property inspections
- Managing arrears, budgets and financial reporting




- Assisting with lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
- Ensuring compliance across your portfolio and supporting ongoing asset performance

About You

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into their first Commercial Property Manager position or continue building on existing commercial property experience.

You'll bring:

- Experience as an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, Assistant Retail Property Manager or Commercial Property Manager
- Residential Property Managers looking to transition into commercial are also encouraged to apply
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop your career
- Current WA Property Management Registration
