About the role

As a Supervisor at Taurus Property, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects in and around Perth, WA 6000. This is a full-time position that involves managing teams, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and collaborating with various contractors and staff to deliver successful construction outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising and coordinating construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery

- Monitoring work progress, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed

- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on construction sites

- Communicating regularly with contractors, staff and clients, to provide updates and address concerns

- Overseeing the allocation of resources, including equipment, materials, and labour, to optimise productivity

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to project activities and progress

About you

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry

- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure project success

- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and the ability to ensure compliance

- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
