Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) looking for flexible work in the Nowra region?
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced RNs and ENs to join our agency team, working casual shifts across a hospital setting in the Nowra region.
About the Role You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across a medical-surgical hospital environment, working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Shifts are available on a casual agency basis, providing flexibility to work around your existing commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients
- Complete clinical assessments and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Provide wound care and post-operative care
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Follow hospital policies, procedures and clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
About You We are looking for nurses who are:
- Current AHPRA registered RNs or ENs
- Experienced in acute hospital or medical-surgical environments
- Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Reliable, professional and adaptable
- Committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Available to work a range of casual shifts
