Our Future Leaders Program

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP) is designed to develop tomorrow’s leaders, today.

From day one, you'll own projects and workstreams that contribute to real business outcomes, working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry. Through a combination of hands-on experience, structured learning, mentorship and leadership exposure, you'll accelerate your development while making a meaningful impact from the start. It’s fast-paced, challenging and incredibly rewarding.

You'll be encouraged to take ownership, bring fresh thinking to the table and challenge convention. In return, you'll gain the experience, support and opportunities needed to build the skills, confidence and capability to become a purpose-led leader

The Unilever Future Leaders Programme – Marketing

Marketing at Unilever is all about understanding people - what they need, what they care about and how brands can play a meaningful role in their lives. It's creative, commercial, fast-moving and constantly evolving.

As a Marketing UFLP, you'll gain experience across brand strategy, consumer and shopper marketing, campaign execution, digital and social content, innovation and business performance. You'll learn how to build purpose-led brands that drive growth and create meaningful impact, bringing them to life in bold, culturally relevant ways.

While Marketing is your home function, you'll work closely with teams across Customer Development, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and R&D;,



giving you a holistic understanding of how a global business operates and how excellent ideas become commercial success.

We're looking for graduates who are deeply curious about people, culture and what influences behaviour. Social-first thinkers who are embedded in culture, stay ahead of trends and an interest in what makes content engaging, relevant and shareable. You'll understand the role platforms like TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels play in shaping consumer behaviour and how brands can connect with consumers in authentic, meaningful ways.
