? WE ARE HIRING – DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER
Permanent Part-Time | 25+ Hours Per Week

KB Infinity Support is looking for a motivated, caring and energetic Support Worker to join our team supporting a 38-year-old female participant living with Autism and Cerebral Palsy.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building genuine connections, supporting independence and bringing positive energy to their work.

About the Role

This is primarily 1:1 support, working closely with a wonderful female participant both in the home and out in the community.

Support will include:
• Community access – getting out and about, activities and appointments
• Encouraging independence with everyday tasks
• Providing motivation and positive support
• Building trust and connection

The role will also include Supported Independent Living (SIL) shifts in the home, supporting another female participant as part of a small, supportive team environment.

⏰ Hours & Shifts
• Permanent Part time – 25+ hours per week




• Sleepover shifts included
• Every second weekend required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
✨ Patient and understanding
✨ Positive with great energy
✨ A great communicator
✨ Passionate about disability support
✨ Calm and supportive when managing mild behaviours that can arise during everyday routines

? Qualifications
• Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

✔️ Requirements
• Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
