About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join the team at Newcastle BMW as a Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestige brand in a growing automotive group.
As a Service Advisor, you will:
- Respond promptly to phone, internet, and email inquiries from customers.
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
- Provide accurate parts and labour quotes to customers.
- Process payments when customers are collecting their vehicles.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the day regarding the progress of their service.
- Liaise effectively with technicians in the workshop, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
What You Bring:
- An exceptional track record in providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor for a prestige automotive brand is favourable.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
- A 'can do' attitude that thrives in a energetic work environment.
- Comfortable rapport with a diverse range of personalities.
- A current unrestricted driver's licence.
