The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with several leading architectural studios across Adelaide to connect Architects through to Senior Associates with roles that align with their experience, interests and longer-term career ambitions.

These studios are delivering projects across health, education, aged care, sport, workplace, residential, civic and community sectors, providing the opportunity to build a diverse portfolio while contributing to projects that have an impact on the people who use them.

The Role
Depending on your level of experience, you will have the chance to take greater ownership across design, technical delivery, client relationships and team leadership.

Your involvement may include:

- Leading and contributing to projects across all stages of design and delivery
- Developing thoughtful design solutions while maintaining strong technical outcomes
- Coordinating clients, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams
- Managing design documentation, Australian Standards, NCC requirements and contract administration




- Building trusted relationships with clients and key project stakeholders
- Mentoring emerging Architects and supporting the development of project teams
- Contributing to design excellence, sustainability and innovation across projects

We are interested in speaking with architectural professionals who are passionate about quality design but equally understand what it takes to successfully deliver a project.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong design and technical capability across complex or community-focused projects
- Experience working collaboratively with clients, consultants and internal teams
- Sound knowledge of design documentation, Australian Standards, NCC requirements where applicable, and contract administration
- An interest in design excellence, sustainability and innovation
- Experience contributing across multiple stages of project delivery
- Leadership potential, whether mentoring emerging designers or managing larger project teams
