ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our team and play a key role in supporting the Finance function and support growth of the business.
This role will be responsible for providing accurate financial reporting, analysis and insights of project performance to management, while supporting cash flow forecasting, cost control and business decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational and leadership teams to identify financial trends, improve processes and ensure the business maintains strong financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project WIP management
- Gross margin reporting
- Cost allocations
- Cash flow forecasting
- Labour rate pricing and analysis
- Working capital modelling
- Assist with the management of national scaffold fleet
About You
- High attention to detail
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Tertiary finance qualification and CA or CPA required
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- Solid stakeholder management
- Ability to communicate & influence effectively
- Strong problem solving ability
- Strong knowledge of financial systems & data analysis
