The Person
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management
- Current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident, proactive, and able to take initiative
- Personable and resilient with a relationship-focused approach
- Eager to learn and develop within a supportive team workplace
The Role
As a Property Manager, you’ll work within a supportive pod structure, managing your portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Manage day-to-day property management and tenancy matters
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
- Ensure properties are compliant, well-maintained and performing
- Work closely with the Senior PM, Ops Manager and administration team
- Contribute to business development and rent roll growth
