About Fast Fuel Meals

Fast Fuel Meals is a rapidly growing ready-meals manufacturer supplying high-quality, compliant products to major customers across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager to lead and elevate our hygiene and sanitation operations at our Revesby manufacturing facility.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has successfully managed cleaning teams within large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environments and understands the importance of food safety, efficiency, and compliance

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of site hygiene and sanitation, ensuring the facility consistently meets internal standards and external audit requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, training, and scheduling a large internal cleaning team across multiple production areas

- Developing and maintaining cleaning schedules, SOPs, and validation records

- Ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards

- Managing pre-op inspections, ATP testing, and corrective actions

- Liaising with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams

- Managing chemicals, equipment,



and external service providers

- Driving continuous improvement in hygiene performance and labour efficiency

- Supporting internal and external audits

About you

You are an experienced people leader with a strong background in food manufacturing or high-volume FMCG environments.

To be successful, you will have:

- Proven experience managing cleaning/hygiene operations in a large manufacturing facility

- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation best practices

- Experience leading large teams and managing labour across shifts

- High attention to detail with a practical, solutions-focused approach

- Strong communication and management skills

- Ability to work full-time on site in Revesby
