About the Role

This role is responsible for day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

- Assist compliance requirements

- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents

- Assist with month-end reporting and general finance tasks

- Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments when required

Requirements

- Valuable understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations

- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero or similar

- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills

- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently
