The Ciavarella Team at Ray White Broadbeach is seeking a motivated and driven Part-Time Lead Generator & Telemarketer to support the continued growth of our high-performing real estate team.

This is a flexible part-time role of approximately 15–25 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing quality leads from our database, helping create new business opportunities and supporting one of the Gold Coast's leading sales teams.

What You'll Be Doing

- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through telephone prospecting within our warm database.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent follow-up.

- Work closely with the sales team to understand key opportunities and tailor conversations accordingly.





- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Accurately record and manage client interactions using CRM systems and sales technology.

- Assist in generating appraisal, listing and business development opportunities for the team.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales, customer service, or a similar role.

- Previous real estate experience is regarded but not essential.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence speaking with a wide range of people and building rapport quickly.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Experience using CRM software and database management systems but not essential.

- A proactive, results-driven attitude and genuine enthusiasm for business growth.
