Our Client

Our client is a well-established Western Australian company operating a substantial hospitality services business encompassing food production, commercial laundry and logistics operations. With an established operational platform, a reputation for exceptional service delivery and significant growth plans already underway, the organisation is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the next phase of expansion, performance improvement and operational excellence.

The Opportunity

A key focus of the role will be enhancing scalable operating models, optimising business performance and ensuring the organisation remains well positioned to meet increasing demand. Success will be achieved through strong leadership, commercial acumen, operational discipline and a relentless focus on quality, efficiency and customer outcomes.

This is not a desk-bound leadership role. Rather, it will suit a highly visible and hands-on individual who enjoys being close to operations, engaging with frontline teams, solving complex challenges and driving performance through people.

About You

To be successful, you will bring a track record of leading large operational businesses and delivering sustainable growth and operational improvement. Experience may have been gained within food manufacturing, contract catering, facilities management, healthcare support services, logistics, industrial services or other large-scale service delivery environments.



Whilst exposure to hospitality services will be viewed favourably, applications are encouraged from accomplished operational leaders with transferable experience from adjacent sectors.
