About the Role:
As a result of continued growth, GRC Civil are looking to welcome an experienced Civil Supervisor to our Brisbane division.

Prequalified to Level R4, B2 (F75) under the Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) our works are exciting and varied. Privately owned and operated, the culture ensures that you are not a number but rather an integral part of a growing team.

We have a vast range of projects in the pipeline and are now seeking someone to join and lead one of our project teams. This role is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for managing a project's programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management and supervision of all technical aspects of the project.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Civil Supervisor to lead the successful delivery of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects valued between $20 million and $75 million.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader with a strong background in civil construction and proven experience supervising TMR projects while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

About the Role

As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.

- Lead crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.





- Ensure works are completed in accordance with TMR standards and specifications.

- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.

- Monitor project progress and productivity against program targets.

- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance activities.

- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and stakeholders.

- Manage resources effectively to achieve project outcomes.

About You

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising TMR civil infrastructure projects.

- Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, standards, and construction practices.

- Proven ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.

- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Current Construction Industry White Card.

- Valid Driver's Licence.

- Experience on road, bridge, intersection, and major infrastructure projects.

- Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or equivalent.
