Marketing Manager / Marketing Coordinator – Hospitality

Full-Time or Part time | Monday–Friday | Melbourne

We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing Manager / Marketing Coordinator to join our hospitality group and take ownership of the day-to-day marketing across our venues.

This is a varied role suited to someone who loves hospitality, understands social media and has a great eye for branding and design. You’ll work across multiple venues, helping bring each brand to life through engaging social content, in-venue marketing, promotions and digital channels.

Hospitality experience would be a big advantage, but we’re also open to candidates from other industries who have strong creative and marketing skills.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day social media content across our venues, including posts, stories and reels

- Planning and maintaining a consistent social media content calendar

- Creating engaging content around food, drinks, events, promotions and venue experiences

- Taking and coordinating photos and video content for social media

- Using existing venue branding and brand guidelines to create marketing collateral

- Designing POS and promotional material for both internal and external use, including posters, menus, digital screens, flyers and promotional assets

- Supporting the marketing of venue events, functions, new menus and major promotions

- Basic website maintenance, including updating menus, events, trading information, imagery and other content

- Coordinating with venue managers to identify upcoming marketing opportunities

- Ensuring branding remains consistent across social media, websites, print and in-venue material

- Assisting with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives across the group

About You





We’re looking for someone who is:

- Creative with a strong eye for design, branding and presentation

- Confident creating content for Instagram and Facebook

- Comfortable using programs such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

- Able to create polished marketing material while working within established brand guidelines

- Organised and capable of managing marketing requirements across multiple venues

- A strong communicator who is comfortable working with venue managers and operational teams

- Proactive and able to take an idea from concept through to execution

- Familiar with basic website/content management

- Passionate about hospitality, food, beverage and creating great customer experiences

Previous hospitality marketing experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Hours & Flexibility

We are open to finding the right structure for the right person.

The position can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with work predominantly completed Monday to Friday during office hours.

There may occasionally be a requirement to visit venues outside these hours to capture content around events, launches or key trading periods.
