About the role

The role will involve providing attentive table service, welcoming and seating guests, taking food and beverage orders, running dishes and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean and organised section throughout service. You'll also be expected to develop a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering, confidently answer guest questions and make thoughtful recommendations.

Key responsibilities

- Develop strong knowledge of food and beverage offering

- Work closely with front and back of house team to ensure service runs smoothly

About you

- Personable, reliable and composed in a busy service environment

- Genuine passion for hospitality and attention to detail

- Previous restaurant experience preferred

- Right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn

- Flexibility to work some evening shifts for events, weddings and special functions
