Noisette Bakery | Dandenong South, VIC Full-Time Permanent Position

At Noisette Bakery, we're passionate about producing exceptional artisan breads and baked goods that Australians love. We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Qualified Baker to join our busy production team in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working as part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment.

About the Role

As a Baker at Noisette Bakery, you will be responsible for producing a range of high quality baked products, including artisan breads, sourdough loaves, sandwich breads, and rolls. Our products are supplied to both retail and foodservice customers across Australia.

This is a permanent full-time position with morning shifts, typically commencing between 6:30am and 9:30am.

Key Responsibilities

· Mixing, preparing, and shaping dough

· Producing a range of artisan breads and baked goods to specification

· Operating commercial mixers, deck ovens, and baking equipment

· Monitoring proofing, baking, and cooling processes

· Maintaining a clean and organised work area

· Following food safety and quality standards at all times

· Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:

· Strong technical baking skills and attention to detail

· Experience using commercial baking equipment (mixers, ovens and proofers preferred)

· A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team

· Good time management and organisational skills

· Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid work visa)

· A Trade Certificate or Diploma in Baking is preferred, but not essential for candidates with relevant industry experience

Physical Requirements

This role is physically demanding and requires someone who:

· Is physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods

· Can safely lift and move dough crates and ingredient bags up to 25kg
