The Rostering Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and maintaining efficient staff rosters to ensure consistent service delivery. The role also supports recruitment activities, participates in interviews, oversees staff induction processes, and assists the Manager with day-to-day staff supervision. This position is required to participate in a rotating on-call roster to provide after-hours operational support.
Essential
- Minimum 1 year experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (required).
- Experience participating in recruitment processes.
- Relevant industry qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with community.
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of person-centred care and trauma-informed practice.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Good record management, data collection and reporting capability.
- Understanding of service delivery requirements within the sector (e.g., disability, aged care, community services
