About the Role

- We are looking for energetic creative chefs to join our team, as a long established restaurant we have built a very secure team of keen chefs all striving for quality food in a large volume environment. The role will be four days on three days off per week. you will have your own section that you will be responsible for day to day. This will include being creative in your own space to produce special menu items with in our food style and approved by the head chef.

To be successful in your appointment you will need to possess these attributes:

- fully trade qualified

- minimum 2 years of full time experience in a similar role

- Positive can do attitude.

- Team player

- Experience in modern progressive food

- A passion and drive for your chosen career

- A high level of cleanliness and pride in your work

- Work well in a team

- Work well in fast paced environment
