We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Coronis West team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported by a structure designed to help you succeed. You'll have access to strong systems, a supportive team and resources that allow you to focus on delivering great service to your clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a residential property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and suppliers
- Oversee maintenance, inspections and day-to-day portfolio management
- Provide proactive communication and high-quality service
- Work closely with your team to deliver strong client outcomes
About you
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Previous Property Management experience
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- PropertyMe experience preferred but not essential
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
