About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Warehouse/Components Officer to join our team at the Waroona Workshop on a Monday to Friday roster, working 6am to 5pm with a rostered weekend system. You will be responsible for picking orders in the warehouse accurately and efficiently to support site and workshop requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

- Dispatching parts and materials to sites, ensuring correct packaging, labelling, and timely loading.
- Putting stock away - receiving incoming goods, checking for damage/accuracy against delivery notes,



and storing items in designated locations using safe practices.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock counts, inventory checks, and supporting maintenance teams as needed

Essential Requirements:

- Current WA Driver's Licence
- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse, stores, or order picking workplace
- Ability to safely handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic numeracy skills for stock counts, measurements, and order accuracy
- Sound knowledge of mechanical components/machinery.

Desirable:

- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Pronto, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in tool control or parts inventory environments
- Understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling procedures
- Previous exposure to mining or civil construction environments, including handling heavy components, reman parts, or service exchange items
