François Mambourin has recently opened in Mambourin, Werribee. We hold the flagship tenancy in the new shopping precinct of Mambourin Marketplace, which is only a stone throw from Werribee. Situated right at the entrance of the shopping complex and with a total of 60 seats including alfresco dining, Mambourin has joined our other existing venues at Westfield Fountain Gate and Eastland Shopping Town. Our Mambourin location is the first with a kitchen, offering a European-influenced brunch menu, a takeaway baguetterie, curated cocktails and last but not least, award-winning specialty coffee!

We are seeking a talented commis chef to join our kitchen brigade. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing brand, backed by a supportive executive team.

What We’re Looking For





Proven experience in brunch or up-to-date Australian cuisine

Passion for technique, brunch and bistro-style cooking

Confident communicator with positive

High standards in quality, consistency and presentation

Willingness to learn new skills and a passion for hospitality

Predominantly daytime hours, weekend availability essential
