SPC Global (ASX:SPG) is more than an iconic Australian food manufacturer, we're a business transforming for the future.

With over 100 years of heritage, a portfolio of trusted brands and ambitious growth plans across Australia and international markets, we're building a smarter, faster and more integrated business. Our brands span packaged fruit and tomatoes, ready-made meals, beverages, wellness products, dairy and natural ingredients, touching millions of consumers every day.

As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an exceptional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Coordinator to become the driving force behind one of our most critical business processes.

Be at the centre of how one of Australia’s most iconic food companies plans for growth.

The Opportunity:

This isn't an administration role.

It's an opportunity to become the central coordinator of our enterprise-wide planning process, bringing together Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing and Executive Leadership to ensure the business is aligned behind one plan.

You'll own the rhythm of our monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle, ensuring the right conversations happen, the right insights are available, and decisions are made with confidence.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll facilitate planning forums, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and continuously improve how SPC Global plans and executes its strategy.

If you enjoy bringing structure to complexity, influencing stakeholders and turning data into meaningful business decisions,

this role offers exceptional exposure across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become the engine room behind SPC Global's planning process by:

- Leading the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle from end to end.

- Coordinating cross-functional planning meetings and executive forums.

- Preparing insightful reporting packs, dashboards and recommendations for senior leaders.

- Analysing forecast movements, business performance and planning assumptions.

- Keeping stakeholders accountable to planning milestones and agreed actions.

- Driving alignment between demand, supply, operational and financial plans.

- Championing governance, consistency and best practice across the planning process.

- Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and continuously improve the way we plan our business.

About You

You're someone who enjoys making things happen.

You naturally bring order to complex environments and have the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.

You'll likely have experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Planning, Sales Operations or Business Planning, and you'll be comfortable analysing data while also facilitating conversations that drive outcomes.

You'll also bring:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

- Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

- Confidence preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- The ability to influence without authority and keep multiple workstreams moving.

- A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and smarter ways of working.

- Experience with ERP or planning systems such as D365, SAP IBP, Anaplan or similar will be highly regarded.

Why Join SPC Global?

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible process that directly influences business performance.

You'll gain exposure across every function of the organisation, work closely with senior executives and play an important role in shaping how one of Australia's best-known food businesses plans for the future.

In return, we offer:

- A collaborative and supportive culture.

- Genuine career development opportunities.

- Exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.

- The opportunity to influence business-wide planning and transformation initiatives.

- Competitive remuneration and ongoing career development.

- The chance to be part of an Australian company with an exciting future.

Ready to make an impact?

If you're looking for a role where you can influence outcomes, work across the entire business and help shape the future of SPC Global, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and become part of the team that's driving better business decisions across SPC Global.
