A highly regarded boutique architecture and interiors studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architect with 10+ years’ professional experience to join its Brisbane team. Working across high-end residential, hospitality and complex mixed-use projects, this is a delivery-focused role for an architect who can confidently lead projects from design development through documentation, tender, construction and completion. The successful candidate will have strong technical capability, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to take genuine ownership of projects and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects through design development, documentation, tender, construction and completion

- Take ownership of project delivery, technical resolution and documentation

- Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation

- Manage QA, coordination, project information and deadlines

- Coordinate architects, interiors, structure, services, landscape and specialist consultants

- Work directly with clients, builders, contractors and suppliers

- Attend site meetings, respond to RFIs and resolve construction issues

- Review shop drawings, samples and substitutions

- Identify construction risks and coordination issues before they reach site

- Protect the design intent throughout documentation and construction

- Mentor junior and mid-level team members

- Work closely with Directors to ensure projects are successfully delivered

Skills & Experience:





- 10+ years’ professional architectural experience

- Registered Architect or eligible for registration in Australia

- Proven experience delivering projects through construction to completion

- Excellent Revit capability

- Exceptional technical documentation and detailing skills

- Strong QA and consultant coordination skills

- Strong understanding of construction and building methodologies

- Experience working directly with builders and contractors

- Confidence dealing with clients and project stakeholders

- Understanding of contract administration and construction-phase responsibilities

- Solid communication, leadership and problem-solving skills

- High-end residential, hospitality or complex mixed-use experience highly regarded
