About the Role
This is a hands-on position involving day-to-day building maintenance across a range of strata and commercial properties throughout Sydney.
Your duties will include:
General building repairs and maintenance
Basic painting and touch-up work
Wall and ceiling patching repairs
Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
Carpentry and handyman tasks
Routine property inspections
Identifying maintenance issues and reporting as required
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Providing excellent service to clients and residents
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in building maintenance, handyman services, or a similar role
Knowledge of painting, patching, and general building repairs
Basic plumbing and electrical maintenance experience
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Good communication and customer service skills
Current driver's licence
White Card (or willingness to obtain)
Valid work authorisation in Australia
Bonus Qualifications
Trade qualification (Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical or similar)
Experience working within strata properties
Additional tickets or certifications relevant to the building industry
