Friday's Sea-Doo is looking for a reliable, energetic and hard-working Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our team in Port Kennedy. This is a hands-on role working around Sea-Doo watercraft, Can-Am off-road vehicles, trailers and workshop equipment. You don't need to be a qualified mechanic. We're looking for someone who turns up, gets stuck in, follows instructions and takes pride in doing a job properly.
Key responsibilities
Building and assembling trailers
Assisting with trailer repairs and maintenance
Uncrating and assembling current Sea-Doo and Can-Am units
Assisting technicians and mechanics
Moving watercraft, vehicles, trailers and equipment around the workshop
Washing, cleaning and detailing watercraft and vehicles
General workshop cleaning and maintenance
Keeping work areas, tools and equipment organised
Helping load and unload stock and equipment
Other general labouring and workshop duties as required
About you
Are reliable and turn up on time
Have a robust work ethic
Are physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
Can follow instructions and learn quickly
Have good attention to detail
Take pride in keeping your workplace clean and organised
Can work independently without needing to be constantly supervised
Are happy working as part of a team
Have some mechanical aptitude or enjoy working with tools
Have a current driver's licence
