We are looking to recruit a recent hands-on leader for our General Store café. A community-focussed, high volume café operating seven days at Terrigal Pavilion.
The right candidate is guest-focussed, highly-skilled & organised with a passion for café service. A huge emphasis on quality, speed & consistency is required. The successful candidate will sit within the Precinct Management structure and be exposed to high level financials, leadership development & wider Precinct Operations.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role is essential.
Weekend work is non-negotiable as the leader of this busy venue.
A key appointment for Terrigal Pavilion - the Café Manager/Head Barista will inherit a solid baseline to build on for a huge summer ahead.
